Gluten Free Basic Muffin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Josie’s Best GF Muffin and More Mix

  • 1/2 cup room temp butter

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt 

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

    + any fresh or frozen berries, chocolate chips, etc. We give you the basic.. you add your goods!

Instructions

Pre Heat oven to 350

 

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs, milk and mix well.
Gently fold and mix Muffin & More, salt, baking soda and baking powder into wet mixture. 

Now you have a delicious plain muffin batter... at this point you can make it your own!

A few ideas:
-Zest of 1/2 a lemon and 2 cups of fresh or frozen berries. 
-1 crisp apple diced + 1 tsp cinnamon
-1 cup chocolate chips
-1 more tsp vanilla and 1 cup chopped strawberries

Fill muffin tins 3/4 of the way full and cook for 20-30 mins. Poke with a toothpick to confirm it cooked through. Allow to cool and enjoy!
